Deluxe Studio Suite

(Single, twin or double occupancy). The Deluxe Studio Suites have a Private Luxury sized Spa Pool which is individually controlled and filled. These suites have the finest of appointments.

Executive Studio Suite

. (Single or double occupancy). The tastefully decorated Executive Suites with Spa Bath have the finest of appointments

Family Two Bedroom Suite

(up to 4 persons). Add $15.00 per extra person. These Luxury Suites have a Private Luxury sized Spa Pool which is individually controlled and filled. These suites have the finest of appointments.

Luxury One Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 2 to 4)

2 persons. (Queen bed in bedroom and double pull-out couch in lounge). Add $25.00 per extra person. The tastefully decorated Luxury One Bedroom Suites with Private Luxury Spa pool and have the finest of appointments.

Luxury One Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 3)

2 people, (Queen bed in bedroom, single bed in lounge). Add $25.00 per extra person. The tastefully decorated Luxury One Bedroom Suites with Private Luxury Spa pool and have the finest of appointments.

Luxury One Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 4)

2 people. (Queen bed in lounge and 2 single beds in bedroom). Add $25.00 per extra person. The tastefully decorated Luxury One Bedroom Suites with Private Luxury Spa pool and have the finest of appointments.

Deposit and Cancellation Information

Your credit card details will be required to confirm this booking. However you will not be charged as no deposit is required.

Standard cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to 2pm on arrival date . All bookings made and not cancelled by this time will have the first nights accommodation tariff debited to the credit card account.

2 night minimum stay bookings will have two nights accommodation tariff debited to the credit card.

3 night minimum stay bookings will have three nights accommodation tariff debited to the credit card.

Earlybird special cancellation policy

Please note cancellation policy below that overrides usual policy and applies to this special only. MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE , PAID FOR AT TIME OF BOOKING .TOTAL ACCOMMODATION COST IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED

Conference Room Cancellation Policy

We do not take any provisional bookings for the conference room. We have found that we are getting a lot of demand now and have many repeat users. As I am sure you can appreciate, if someone books then subsequently cancels it is difficult to resell at short notice.

Hence our cancellation policy for the conference room is now that we require 8 weeks notice of cancellation or alteration with a minimum charge of one days fee ( $190.00 per day ).

Any bookings cancelled or altered within a month will have the total number of days booked charged.

Group Booking Cancellation policy

To confirm your booking we require your credit card details or a cheque deposit. Credit card details can be provided by phone, fax or through our secure booking page. Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to 2pm on the arrival date. All bookings made and not cancelled between a month before arrival and a week before arrival will have the first nights accommodation debited to the credit card account. Cancellations within the 7days before 2pm on the arrival day will have the entire amount of the accommodation booked debited to the credit card.

Other terms and conditions

Check-in available from 2pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is by 10am day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.

Office hours are between 7:30am and 9:30pm

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

No visitors to be in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged , plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the units or Conference facilities. If you do smoke, you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
